We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return from the day you received the item.
For a return to be valid, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I get my order?
Shipping typically takes 9-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location and is free of charge. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. We also send out our product directly after its made which might lead to multiple packages if you purchased more than 1 jewelry.

What material is it made of?
All our products are made out of stainless steel due to its durability as well as resistance to rust which makes it the perfect jewelry to wear everyday.
How do i track my order?
At purchase you will be presented with an option to download "Shop" which is the app that is used to track orders. Once downloaded the order will appear.
Why is there so few articles?
Our Store currently only has articles that are silver essentials. these essentials are picked carefully to make sure they fit with whatever you choose to have on as our branding is everyday, everywhere.
Can I swim or shower with my jewelry?
Yes, Stainless Steel is very durable and resistant to rust but it is recommended to wash it after to protect the finish.
How do I find my Ring Size?
wrap a piece of string or paper snugly around the base of the desired finger, mark where the ends meet, and then measure the diameter (from one end to the other) in millimeters. Search up a ring size chart and locate the ring size corresponding to your fingers diameter.
